Panic attacks forced me to discuss my mental health with a doctor.
From there I found I could control my anxiety with medication.
All feelings are level. No panic, no major stress, no elation. There are no major peeks and troughs. Though I still occasionally get devoured by the darkness.
Over time I grew to understand the warning signs of depression, allowing me to remove myself from situations that might exacerbate it.
Usually this means going to bed, even around 8pm. Sleep is a happy place.
